You have the right to return your item(s) within 14 days after delivery.

**Conditions for return:**
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Please contact us before returning any item to receive the return instructions and the correct return address (this may vary depending on the product supplier).

**Return shipping costs:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

**Refunds:**
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–10 business days).
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.

**Exceptions:**
- We do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, clearance items, or hygiene-sealed items once opened.
- Damaged items due to customer misuse will not be refunded.
