Shipping policy

Orders are processed and confirmed within 1–4 business days after payment.

We work with multiple suppliers. Depending on the product’s origin, delivery times may vary:

Estimated delivery times:

 

• EU warehouse: 4–9 business days

• China warehouse (Zendrop): 10–20 business days

 

Some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers.

We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country.

We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
